| Our data center represents a state-of-the-art implementation designed to provide our education clients near-perfect availability. In 2003 and 2004 our data center achieved 99.96% and 99.99% availability for client access. We have automatic standby diesel generator power, filtered electrical power from our 75,000 watt Liebert UPS and air conditioning and humidification from two Liebert six ton air conditioners. Fire protection is by Inergen, a non water-based fire suppressant. We maintain two separate data lines to the Internet plus a roof mounted antenna having direct connection to the Internet point of presence in Grand Rapids, MI. |

Data tapes are picked up daily by courier service and stored twenty miles away in an underground vault. We do daily differential back-ups as well as full back-ups every Friday night. We can recover deleted records up to one year after if you accidentally delete an important file or record. |

| Building where the vault is located |
 |
| This is the building where back-up tapes are stored. The tapes are stored in the basement vault pictured above. Is this building secure? The answer is YES, as it was designated a bomb shelter during an earlier life. The walls are four feet thick. |
