We design a customized solution that can contain website creation, hosting and development. Our Systems Architect has over twenty years of experience in crafting unique, cost-effective and high-performance solutions. We currently use the Microsoft .NET systems architecture. |

We have U.S. based programming teams as well as off-shore programming teams. We communicate between the teams on a daily basis. Our programmers certify as Microsoft Certified Application Developers (MCAD) and obtain other advanced Microsoft certifications. |

Server hosting |
| |
We currently host over fifty servers in our
datacenter; we own some of the servers and clients own others. We are approved
by Microsoft as a Services Provider to provide Microsoft applications such as
Office 2003, Office XP Suites, Windows XP Pro and Windows Server 2003 using the
new ASP delivery model. You pay one low cost per month per user for all
applicable licenses. For example, the Microsoft licenses necessary to operate
AOIS cost $3.75 per month per user. We back up daily all files that have
changed and do a full back-up each weekend. Our back-up tapes are stored
off-site twenty miles away in a secure, underground vault. |

Since we operate our own large data center and monitor our servers every minute 7x24x365, we are very knowledgeable in how to immediately know if a server or application is not responding. We apply these same techniques to manage your network. |

As of May, 2010, there are 429 schools, six
universities, two districts, two service centers, two EMOs, two non-profits, one
independent board, and one CMO that use
our services to run AOIS, providing daily
monitoring of compliance with State laws and unique charter school requirements.
Over 900 users have ready access to over 680,000 documents, allowing them to
add, review, and update information through their internet connection. The
AOIS application offers a high return on investment and typically costs under one quarter of one percent of a school's operating budget. |
